AISG recognizes that understanding needs in terms of performance is an essential initial step in developing a meaningful logistical support strategy.  We have proven our understanding of the ten (10) elements of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) in current and past programs.  These elements serve as the basis for any logistical support program. AISG integrates these ten elements with a Master Fielding Plan (MFP) and assigns Integrated Logistics Support Managers (ILSM) to ensure all elements of support are planned, programmed, budgeted, developed, tested, evaluated, acquired, and deployed prior to or concurrent with any system.  The ILSM works with the PM's ILSM to ensure regulatory compliance, interoperability, and standardization. AISG uses supportability planning, risk mitigation, Manpower and Personal Integration (MANPRINT) and doctrine studies in support of new and emerging technologies.  We have a long history in the development of various logistic support analyses, such as Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability Analysis (RMA), and Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP).  Recognizing that the PM is the Life-Cycle Manager (LCM), we ensure a compliant Total Life-Cycle Systems Management (TLCSM) by tailoring a SOP that will mirror he customer's needs.
