The first step in the recruiting process is Demand Planning, which identifies and anticipates recruitment needs.Our process includes Demand Planning, Sourcing, Vetting, Interview & Selection, right through Offers and Acceptance. Demand Planning is accomplished primarily through the efforts of AISG PMs. The ultimate goal of recruiting is to identify, mitigate, and/or fill a new or potential requisition before an actual vacancy occurs |
